Gleklen Featured in ABA Journal for His Work as Chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section

Jonathan Gleklen, chair of the firm’s US Antitrust/Competition practice, was featured in a recent article in the ABA Journal, “ABA’s Antitrust Law Section Hopes to Attract More Students to Practice With Free Casebook.” The article discusses how, as chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section, Gleklen created a Section task force to develop a free open-source antitrust casebook for law school students. Gleklen says that traditional antitrust casebooks cost as much as $300, which likely discourages some law students from exploring this area of the law. His aim is to make antitrust law more accessible and diverse by lowering the cost of entry into the profession.
