Geverola Quoted in The National Law Journal on Changes to DOJ’s Antitrust Leniency Policy

Antitrust partner Andre Geverola was quoted in a recent article from The National Law Journal, “Changes to DOJ Antitrust Policy Raise Stakes for Reporting Criminal Violations.” The article discusses the Department of Justice’s changes to its antitrust leniency policy, which would require an individual or business to promptly report involvement with the cartel to receive benefits of the policy.

Geverola, who was previously the first Director of Criminal Litigation in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice, commented that the changes will either encourage companies to come to the DOJ sooner, or not come to the DOJ at all.
