Krouse Quoted in Law.com on NFT Regulation and Enforcement

Arnold & Porter partner Michael Kim Krouse was quoted in the Law.com article, “NFT Boom: What Are the Regulatory and Enforcement Risks.” The article discusses the growing regulatory and enforcement risks from NFTs as they grow in popularity. Currently, there are no major regulations on NFTs as many federal branches are waiting to see how NFTs fit into established framework.

Krouse told Law.com that because of the explosion in the popularity of NFTs, regulating and enforcing the market has been difficult for agencies. He said that when a market suddenly becomes popular, agencies have to play catch up.
