The article discusses how attorneys can keep up with the constantly evolving forms of modern data and how to use this data effectively in their cases. Weberman noted that "the authentication process should be proportional to the needs of the case" and that, in some cases, it can be appropriate to authenticate text messages using screenshots of those text messages.
