Geverola Quoted in The Wall Street Journal on Aerospace No-Poach Case

Antitrust partner Andre Geverola was quoted in The Wall Street Journal article, "Aerospace Executives Go to Trial Over Alleged No-Poach Deals." The article discusses a DOJ criminal antitrust prosecution of an alleged "no poach" agreement involving a company and its suppliers

Geverola noted the DOJ's unsuccessful trial record in these cases, and stated that "the more that the DOJ can tell a story of real people having been harmed by conduct, that is a lot better case than something that looks like a technical violation of the law that doesn't harm anyone."
