Harris Featured in Law360’s ‘5 Questions’ Q&A

Kathleen Harris, head of the firm's London office, was recently highlighted in Law360's "5 Questions" series. Law360 interviewed Harris about her involvement in high-profile corporate investigations, the future of white-collar work, and the trends she's keeping an eye on.

Harris told Law360 that working in the investigations and fraud space first appealed to her because of the "complexity and intellectual challenge of working in this area."

When speaking about the trends she expects to grow, Harris told Law360 that she thinks "whistleblowing and similar programs will grow. When there are budgetary constraints, there have to be sensible efforts to share information to prevent or address offending. I think the cultural impact of offending is trying to address that. Companies will sit up and take notice more, that will continue the cooperation trend."
