Jens Steger – Time Runs Out For Claimants In The Sugar-Cartel

On May 30, 2014, Jens Steger was interviewed by German newspaper Food-Magazine as an authority on German and European antitrust law regarding possible private enforcement actions with respect to the so-called “Sugar-Cartel." The “Sugar-Cartel”, consisting of the three leading sugar-manufacturers in Germany, was hit with a €280M Euro fine by the German Bundeskartellamt in February 2014.
