Arnold & Porter's International Arbitration Practice Named A Law360 'Group of the Year'

Arnold & Porter's International Arbitration group was recently selected as one of Law360's "International Arbitration Groups of the Year." The 2017 edition of Law360's "Practice Groups of the Year" recognized five winning firms in the International Arbitration practice area for their "landmark matters and general excellence." This marks the second year in a row that the International Arbitration group has been named to the list.

In its profile, Law360 notes that the group has "long been sought after by sovereign clients in Latin America" and its increasingly "global reputation has earned it new business from European and Asian nations." The group has obtained 27 favorable results on behalf of sovereign states, and recently obtained an $800 million award for Turkish energy company Karkey.
