Frankfurt Arnold & Porter Team Advises Equine Clinic Grosswallstadt on Sale to Altano

A Frankfurt-based team of Arnold & Porter attorneys advised Equine Clinic Grosswallstadt on its sale to Altano Gruppe GmbH (Altano), a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners. 

The Equine Clinic is a leading regional champion specializing in equine medical diagnostics and surgery. In addition to its general horse medical treatments and therapy offerings, it has an outstanding reputation in surgery, equine dentistry, sports medicine, and regenerative equine medicine including stem cell therapies. The Equine Clinic treats around 6,000 patients each year, and also owns a physical therapy center for post-medical treatments.

The Arnold & Porter team was led by Frankfurt partner Klaus Eyber. The team also included associates Maximilian Reichl and Nina Marcus.
