  • American Securities LLC, a global PE firm, in its acquisition of Milk Specialties Global, an industry-leading manufacturer of nutritional ingredients, and the subsequent sale of such company to Butterfly, a California-based private equity firm.

  • Avantor, Inc., a global provider of mission-critical products and services to the life sciences and advanced technology industries, on the divestiture of its cross-border clinical service business to Audax Private Equity for approximately $650 million.

  • CGI Federal Inc., one of the largest global independent IT and business consulting services firms, in its acquisition of Aeyon LLC, which provides business solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies.

  • The Necessity Retail REIT Inc.’s Special Committee to the Board of Directors in connection with the company’s merger with Global Net Lease Inc., creating the third largest publicly traded real estate investment trust with an aggregate real estate asset value of approximately $9.6 billion.

  • Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. in connection with £500 million in transactions involving multiple acquisitions of UK care home facilities.

  • Pharmacosmos Therapeutics, Inc. in its acquisition of G1 Therapeutics, a commercial-stage oncology company focused on delivering next-generation therapies, for a total equity value of approximately $405 million.

  • Resolute Energy Corporation, an independent oil and gas company, in its $1.6 billion merger with Cimarex Energy Co.

  • Strategic Materials Inc., one of North America’s largest glass recyclers and producer of approximately two million tons of recycled glass a year, in its acquisition by Sibelco, a European leader in glass recycling with plants in Belgium, Estonia, France, Italy, Poland, and the UK.

  • Sterling Bancorp Inc., the holding company of Sterling Bank and Trust, F.S.B., in a definitive stock purchase agreement with EverBank Financial Corp in which EverBank would acquire all of Sterling Bank and Trust’s stock for $261 million.

  • Wheels Up in its combination with a special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC) in a transaction valuing Wheels Up at $2.1 billion, which included a $550 million private investment in public equity and established Wheels Up as the first-ever publicly traded private aviation company.
