Arnold & Porter Receives Top Marks From Diversity Lab and ChIPs Inaugural Inclusion Blueprint

Arnold & Porter was named a top-scoring firm for its inclusion practices and diversity representation in the inaugural Inclusion Blueprint from Diversity Lab and ChIPs. Arnold & Porter was recognized as a 2019 Inclusion Blueprint Champion in the Antitrust, IP, Privacy, and Cyber Practice Group category.

The Inclusion Blueprint, which is a collaborative project between Diversity Lab and ChIPs, sets new standards for measuring law firm policies and practices that ensure historically underrepresented lawyers have "fair and equal access" to quality work, influential people and career-enhancing opportunities. Firms considered Inclusion Blueprint Champions meet or exceed diversity thresholds and have successfully implemented inclusion practices that develop, enhance and retain diverse talent.

Diversity Lab also recently named Arnold & Porter as one of 64 firms to achieve Mansfield Certification after completing its twelve-month Mansfield Rule Certification 2.0 program, which measures how law firms affirmatively consider women, minority lawyers, and LGBTQ+ lawyers for significant leadership roles. The firm has maintained its Mansfield Certification and Mansfield Certification Plus rating, which recognizes firms with at least 30 percent of women or diverse lawyers in leading roles, since 2018. The firm is currently participating in the Mansfield Rule 3.0 program.
