Arnold & Porter Recognized as Global No. 1 Law Firm for Results in International Investment Arbitration

In an in-depth study published on November 17, 2021, the internationally recognized forensic accounting and damages firm Credibility International ranked Arnold & Porter as the world’s number one law firm in terms of results over the course of the history of international investment arbitration (investor-State disputes). The results were published in a supplement to Credibility International’s second Study of Damages in Investor-State Cases, which analyzes 241 publicly available awards as of March 31, 2020. The latest edition includes additional arbitrations under ICSID rules, as well as arbitrations under UNCITRAL, SCC, PCA, ICC, LCIA, and CRCICA rules.
