Evergreen Named to The Deal’s ‘Top Women in Dealmaking’

Arnold & Porter Bankruptcy and Restructuring partner Rosa Evergreen was recognized in The Deal's 2023 "Top Women in Dealmaking" list. The list recognizes attorneys who are "setting the bar for the next generation," and "have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields."

Evergreen, whose practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, has led many major and complex cases across the country in a range of sectors including financial services, retail, real estate, environmental, oil and gas, hospitality, and healthcare.

Evergreen also maintains an active pro bono practice and she is active in the firm and the community. She chairs the firm's associate professional development committee, and she serves on the boards for the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and the Turnaround Management Association (Chesapeake Chapter), and she is on the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington (a nonprofit visual arts center).
