Arnold & Porter Advises Professional Development Institute in Sale to K12 Coalition

Arnold & Porter recently represented Professional Development Institute (PDI), a professional learning company, in the sale of its business to K12 Coalition, backed by Quad-C Management. PDI’s professional learning footprint in California will enable K12 Coalition to extend its portfolio.
As part of the transaction, K12 Coalition will add PDI’s 380,000+ teacher enrollments across 116 courses.
