IAM Global Leaders 2026 Recognizes Deborah Fishman, David Marsh, and Matthew Wolf

The 2026 edition of IAM Global Leaders recognized Arnold & Porter partners Deborah Fishman, David Marsh, and Matthew Wolf. IAM Global Leaders are selected from the IAM Patent 1000 to identify the “best of the best” in patent practice.

Deborah focuses her practice on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on biopharmaceutical and medical device patent litigation. She has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies in business-critical patent cases and commercial disputes, and has litigated cases worth more than US$1 billion through trial.

David focuses extensively on intellectual property counseling, patent prosecution, inter partes and ex parte matters, Hatch-Waxman issues, diligences and intellectual property transactions and other corporate matters, including in the agricultural, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, business methods, chemical, clothing, computer media, consumer products, pharmaceutical, machine learning, material science, and medical device areas.

Matthew has been lead trial and appellate counsel in some of the most significant cases brought by and against global life sciences, technology, and consumer goods companies. His professional activities focus on patent, trade secret, licensing, antitrust, and business tort issues.
