Electronic Filing and Website Posting for Forms 3, 4, and 5

On May 7, 2003, the SEC issued its final rules for electronic filing and website posting of Section 16(a) reports (Forms 3, 4, and 5) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). These new rules create yet more practical tasks for companies already trying to help their officers and directors comply with accelerated filing requirements under Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act.
