Whistleblower-Protection and Recent Developments in Antitrust Law

During the 2019 Frankfurter Compliance Talk, Frankfurt-based Antitrust partner Sebastian Jungermann, together with David Ghahreman, Senior Compliance Officer at AOK, presented and discussed the proposed Directive to strengthen the protection of whistleblowers throughout the EU.
