Chemical Industry 4.0 in the Context of Antitrust Law

This presentation, given at a workshop co-sponsored by the German Chemical Society's Chemistry and Economics (VCW) and Intellectual Property (GRS) sections, examined how antitrust and competition law affects connected industry, the internet of things, cooperation among business partners and competitors, and artificial intelligence. It also addressed the upcoming 10. amendment of the German Competition Act, which has a particular focus on the digital economy.
