With the first loosening of the lockdown since the beginning of June, more and more employees are returning to their workplaces. But there will be no back to normal for the time being. Employers must therefore now start the planning process for a gradual return from the crisis. In addition to the implementation of mandatory health protection measures, this confronts companies with the question of how to reorganise work processes and whether the strategic orientation of the company may need to be adjusted.
