Financial Institution Lease for office space and multiple bank branches

Negotiated a 200,000 + square foot lease for office space and multiple bank branches in a project located in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards area, with the older building undergoing substantial renovation resulting in varied delivery dates on parts of the premises.

Akridge Co-working lease

Assisted landlord, as co-counsel, in negotiating a full building lease with WeWork, a shared workspace provider, for a new trophy office building on the site of a former YMCA in Washington, DC.

James Campbell Company LLC Full building lease

Advised landlord in connection with a 300,000 square foot office lease to Leidos, Inc. in the Rio Washingtonian project (Gaithersburg, Maryland), including a sublease to the current occupant (Marriott) for several years pending the completion of such subtenant’s headquarters. Selected by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA) as the Maryland leasing transaction of the year.

Williams & Connolly LLP Anchor law firm lease

Represented law firm in negotiating a 290,000 square foot anchor law firm lease for its office relocation to The Wharf district in Washington, DC.  Selected by the Washington Business Journal as Best Office Lease of 2018.

Rockrose Leasing counsel in Washington, DC

Negotiated the lease of approximately 204,000 square feet of above grade office space in the central business district of Washington, DC to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
