John Muse-Fisher ejerce en arbitraje internacional, tanto en disputas comerciales como en diferencias entre inversionistas y Estado - y en litigios comerciales, incluyendo demandas colectivas y asuntos de propiedad intelectual.
Es egresado de la Facultad de Derecho Berkeley, Universidad de California, Orden de la Coif, con un certificado en Derecho internacional. En sus años en la Facultad de Derecho, el Dr. Muse-Fisher sirvió como Redactor ejecutivo senior de la California Law Review, participó en el Concurso McBaine Moot Court, se desempeñó como asistente de la jueza Jane A. John is a North America representative for the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration and ADR Forum. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee for the International Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He regularly speaks to student groups and others about his practice areas, including at Berkeley Law, Stanford Law, USF Law, and elsewhere, addressing topics including international arbitration, international trade, and space law.
John graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a certificate in international law. During law school, he served as the Senior Executive Editor of the California Law Review, interned for the Honorable Jane A. Restani of the United States Court of International Trade, and taught intermediate macroeconomics to undergraduates. He also received a Master’s degree in Global (Economic) History from the London School of Economics.
