Renz Discusses ESMA Guidelines for Structured Retail Products at WM Compliance Conference

Frankfurt-based counsel Hartmut T. Renz discussed the handling of complex structured products by investment advisors at the WM Compliance Conference 2015 in Frankfurt. He introduced the ESMA guidelines and compared the current approach of the European Supervisory Authority with the intended requirements of MiFID II.
