Williams to Speak at ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

Kaye Scholer special counsel George Williams will participate in the panel discussion on “Impact of Financial Markets Developments on Opinion Practice: Current Issues and Approaches” at the ABA Business Law Section Annual meeting in Chicago on September 18. The panel session, presented by the Legal Opinions Committee and co-sponsored by the Securitization and Structured Finance Committee, will review recent financial regulatory and case law developments as they relate to opinion practice.

This three-day conference will include CLE programs, topical discussions, and networking opportunities related to business law.
