2026 3L/Entry-Level Corporate & Finance Associate (Portuguese & Spanish Fluency Required)
Arnold & Porter is seeking an entry-level associate (JD 2026) fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish to join the Corporate & Finance team in the New York or Washington, DC offices. Ideal applicants will have a record of outstanding academic achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, relevant work experience, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work, and/or extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in mergers and acquisitions. Arnold & Porter’s Corporate & Finance Group brings together more than 140 lawyers throughout the firm's offices with extensive experience in a broad range of transactions, both domestic and international. As a result, we offer clients a complete range of services in a wide variety of areas, including: Applicants must currently be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. The salary for this position is $225,000. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available. We are not accepting search firm submissions for this position.
Interview Process
Interviews will take place on a rolling basis. Students will not be asked to interview during final examinations at their law school.
