Technology Transactions Senior Attorney

Arnold & Porter is seeking a senior attorney to join the Technology Transactions Practice Group in our San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle office.

This position is focused on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT and data transactions, primarily for a prominent healthcare organization.  Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a variety of IT and commercial agreements, including SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements.

Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions; strong research, writing, and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Applicants with healthcare sector experience and some privacy and data security experience are preferred.

The salary range for this position in California and Washington state is $200,000 - $300,000.

This is a non-partnership track position.
