Grace Ansah advises public and private companies on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters. Ms. Ansah has provided legal counsel to businesses in a wide range of industries, including financial services, aerospace, food, logistics, and consumer products, in connection with their acquisitions and divestitures, capital markets transactions as well as general corporate and commercial contracts. She also routinely advises clients on securities and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. 

In addition, Ms. Ansah maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents nonprofit organizations and individuals in connection with entity formation, corporate governance, and corporate transactions.
