Victoria Davila supports clients on a variety of legislative and regulatory matters, with a focus on healthcare. At Arnold & Porter, she closely monitors and tracks policy developments to support client deliverables and engagement on Capitol Hill.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her previous experience spans federal advocacy and mental health policy, including roles with the University of California’s Office of Federal Governmental Relations, the Office of Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and UCLA’s Student Wellness Commission, where she served as the Mental Health Advocacy Director for Active Minds.
