Toni Dunkley represents clients in commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real property throughout the United States. Toni’s pro bono practice focuses on the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Prior to joining the firm, Toni worked as a Student Attorney for the Howard Law Fair Housing Clinic, representing tenants in the District of Columbia Landlord-Tenant Court. Toni was the Executive Solicitations and Submissions Editor on the Howard Law Journal.
