Aishwarya Grandhe supports clients on various legislative and regulatory matters, with a focus on healthcare. She monitors and tracks policy and advocacy developments to support client deliverables and inform engagement strategies with Congress and federal agencies.

Aishwarya earned her B.S. in Public Health and Nutrition from The George Washington University (GW). She is currently pursuing an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management at GW. Her previous experiences have explored federal and local policy, as well as advocacy. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Aishwarya held internships at McDermott+ Consulting, Pyxis Partners, the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee, and the House of Representatives.
