Ashleigh Heffernan

Ashleigh Heffernan is a member of the firm's Corporate and Finance Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member the Structured Finance team at a specialty finance company supporting the business in the issuance of residential mortgage-backed securities and in whole loan sales.

Before working in finance, she served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company advising on complex technology transactions, including conventional and next-generation media content and licensing agreements.
