Kayla Hill-Jones is an Associate in Arnold & Porter’s Consumer Products practice, where she helps advise companies on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters involving consumer goods, including food and beverage products. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate federal and state consumer protection regimes, marketing, and the sale of consumer products.
Kayla regularly counsels clients on evolving food regulatory compliance, including issues related to labeling, ingredient disclosures, and marketing practices. She also regularly provides guidance regarding FDA, FTC, NAD, and litigation considerations and risks for consumer product advertising claims.
Kayla graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law, where she served as Senior Solicitations and Submissions Editor of the Howard Law Journal and worked as a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic.
