Lauren Hoepfner’s practice focuses on advising partnerships, corporations, and individuals on general corporate and transactional tax matters. Her experience includes advising clients across a variety of industries on the federal income tax aspects of complex domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investments, and financing transactions. Ms. Hoepfner also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hoepfner worked in the mergers and acquisitions tax group at a Big 4 accounting firm where she routinely provided transactional tax support to clients. Ms. Hoepfner received her JD from Boston University School of Law where she served as an editor on the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
