Grace Jang's practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private offerings, and investment management. She is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD, WISE, and First Gen affinity groups and is active in the firm's pro bono practice.

Ms. Jang received her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Law School and Leeds School of Business, where she served as the managing director for the Deming Center Venture Fund and was part of a cohort in the High Growth Venture Fellowship. While in law school, she was a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal. She also worked as a business development associate for the Comcast NBCUniversal Lift Labs Accelerator, powered by Techstars. Prior to graduate school, Ms. Jang taught English and History through Teach for America in the Mississippi Delta.
