Allison brings over 12 years of Capitol Hill experience to clients, most recently serving as Chief of Staff to Rep. Mike Quigley, where she oversaw a team of 18 staffers across Washington, D.C. and Chicago. Allison began working for Rep. Quigley in 2013 and steadily advanced from Senior Policy Advisor to Legislative Director and ultimately Chief of Staff. Her previous roles also include positions with Rep. Marcy Kaptur and former Rep. Tim Ryan.

Allison has a strong track record of legislative success and federal appropriations experience, serving two senior Members of the committee. During her time on Capitol Hill, Allison helped lead planning efforts for the Chicago DNC 2024. She also played a key role in drafting, sponsoring, and managing the passage of the ACT for ALS, which was signed into law by President Biden and the Ukraine Freedom Support Act, signed into law by President Obama. She managed Rep. Quigley's House Intel Committee work, notably throughout the Russia and Ukraine investigations.

Her policy knowledge spans foreign affairs, international relations, national security, healthcare, and transportation.
