Allison is a seasoned political strategist and policy expert who leverages deep Congressional knowledge to advise a broad portfolio of clients. With more than 15 years of experience navigating Washington policymaking, she offers informed, timely, and strategic guidance, shaped by her time on Capitol Hill. 

Prior to joining the firm, she most recently served as Chief of Staff to a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee. She has extensive expertise in federal funding and appropriations, informed by her work across key subcommittees, notably advising Members who served as Chair or Ranking Member on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (THUD), Financial Services and General Government (FSGG), and Energy & Water (E&W).  In addition to her appropriations background, Allison has previously served the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and managed the Congressional Ukraine Caucus.

Her policy background spans transportation & infrastructure, foreign affairs, international relations, national security, healthcare, defense, and financial services. Allison is known for her deep, bipartisan relationships across Capitol Hill and K Street, allowing her to effectively navigate complex policy environments and deliver results for her clients.
