Katherine supports clients across a wide range of legislative and regulatory matters with focuses in appropriations, education, workforce, and tax. She closely monitors policy developments, prepares client deliverables, and engages with stakeholders in Congress and the executive branch.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Katherine graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Policy Studies & Public Relations. During her studies, Katherine completed a range of internships with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the City of Syracuse.
