Shakayla Lee advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions related to intellectual property, technology, and life sciences. Her experience includes assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, collaboration agreements, and other services agreements for companies in various industries.

Additionally, Ms. Lee is committed to pro bono work. She dedicates her time to supporting non-profit organizations in their formation, providing counsel to small businesses on corporate governance and intellectual property matters, and collaborating with civic organizations on impactful social initiatives.

During law school, she served as the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and teaching fellow for the Academic Success Program. Additionally, she served as the Director of Career and Professional Development for the Northeast Black Law Students Association.
