Alice Lin advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, life sciences transactions, and corporate governance. She represents clients across multiple industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, aviation, insurance, and financial services.
Ms. Lin is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice ranging from asylum cases to housing disputes for low-income tenants, and advising non-profits and minority-owned small businesses on corporate governance and contract issues.
During law school, she was an editorial member of the Emory International Law Review and David J. Bederman Fellow in International Law. Ms. Lin previously worked as a corporate paralegal at an international law firm in Tokyo, assisting clients with complex cross-border M&A transactions.
