Rush Reid's practice involves managing large-scale legal projects, focusing on International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the United States Munition List, the Bureau of Industry and Security's Entity List, export controls, embargoes, sanctions, and general commercial, financial, and securities litigation. Recently, he worked on matters that have included a world-class shipping company in a series of entities list matters, the prospective merger of very large energy services providers, and patent/pharmaceutical actions against generic drug manufacturers.

Rush served as an interrogation team leader for the United States Army which engendered a passion for all things defense related and, more recently, he was a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Project on Nuclear Issues, Nuclear Scholars Program.
