Katie Roux

Katie Roux represents private and public companies in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including acquisitions and divestitures in the energy industry, general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. Ms. Roux has represented clients across a variety of industries, including energy, mining, carbon capture and sequestration, healthcare, aviation, technology and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roux was an associate in the Denver office of a US law firm specializing in energy transactional law and also worked as corporate counsel at a Denver-based Fortune 200 company in the health care sector.
