Christian Scarlett represents clients in a range of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects.

Christian has experience representing lenders in permanent loans, construction financings, bridge loans, syndications, securitizations, and restructurings, as well as in the purchase and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans, senior and subordinate notes, and loan participations.

Christian advises owners, developers, and borrowers across a broad spectrum of real estate assets and industries, including hospitality, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, data centers, and agribusiness. In the hospitality sector, he represents owners, investors, and operators in the acquisition and disposition of hotel assets and negotiating joint ventures, franchise agreements, hotel management agreements, and restaurant management agreements.

  • Lender in connection with the origination of a US$35.5 million mortgage loan and a US$14.5 million mezzanine loan secured by a multifamily project in Tampa, as well as the subsequent syndication of both loans.*
