Ryan Sim advises private and public companies across a range of industries, including AI, life sciences, space, financial services, and crypto. His practice has included entity formation and governance, venture capital and other private financings, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is actively involved in pro bono work, supporting immigration and housing organizations in the Bay Area, as well as nonprofits seeking advisory support.
During law school, Ryan was involved with the Harvard Law School Board of Student Advisers, the Journal of Law and Technology, the Harvard Law School Entrepreneurship Project, and the Attorney General Clinic. He has previously worked within government offices at the local, state, and federal levels.
