Paul’s practice is focused on building and maintaining relationships with emerging and established companies in a variety of industries, such as food and beverage products, technology, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and consumer goods. He regularly advises on a variety of complex commercial and technology transactions and helps clients navigate the ins-and-outs of such transactions. Exemplary transactions include MSAs, supply agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, third-party manufacturing agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs as well as primary business deals of start-up companies, and M&A transactions.
