Bethany N. Tolentino

Senior Associate

Bethany Tolentino primarily represents institutional lenders and corporate borrowers with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a wide variety of secured and unsecured finance transactions. Her experience includes the financing of asset-based loans, acquisitions and working capital facilities in a range of industries. Her transactions have involved complex multitier and multi-borrower structures as well as syndicated lending arrangements. Bethany also represents lenders and borrowers in restructurings and workouts for loan facilities in default.

Prior to her private sector work, Bethany started her career as a public interest lawyer with a focus on economic development, and she continues an active pro bono practice.

Bethany received her JD from New York University School of Law in 2011, where she served as a member of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, and her BA in Political Science with a Concentration in International Relations, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 (class of 2006).
