Heather's practice focuses on intellectual property, and brand protection, including trademark infringement, copyright law and fair use, false advertising, and unfair competition. She is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice.

Prior to law school, Heather enjoyed a career as a fashion designer, designing sleepwear before founding her own women’s innerwear and children’s accessories brands. Heather earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where she was awarded the Janet A. Johnson and Beth S. Nelson Memorial scholarships and selected as Student Emcee for the Westchester Changemakers Award Ceremony. Heather also participated in the corporate externship program, served as Chair’s Intern at the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and interned in-chambers of Hon. Lisa Perez Friscia, J.S.C.

Heather earned her B.F.A., cum laude, at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
