Alex Wang

Alex Wang advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare companies on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, including cross-border collaboration, technology transfer and licensing, market access and commercialization strategies, advertising and promotion, post-market compliance, and China’s human genetic resources regulations. Mr. Wang also advises public and private multinational companies on a wide range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, labor and employment, corporate governance, and compliance with PRC laws.

Alex obtained his LL.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (USA). He also received his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Fudan University School of Law (China). He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and has also passed the PRC Bar. Before joining the firm in 2010, he worked at the Shanghai offices of two major U.S. law firms. Mr. Wang is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English.
