Katherine Wax is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice. She provides practical, actionable counsel to developers, property owners, and businesses of all sizes in complex real estate transactions across multiple industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, healthcare, agribusiness, and technology. She has experience managing and streamlining high-volume leasing and contracting workflows, including through standardization of forms, creation of clause books and fallback guides, and use of AI and other technology tools.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Katherine spent several years as in-house counsel at Amazon and previously practiced at law firms in Seattle and Portland, Oregon. She maintains an active pro bono practice and is an Adjunct Professor for Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law’s West Coast Initiative.
