Audrey Wheeler is a strategist and lobbyist with experience navigating the intersections of public policy, legislative processes, and stakeholder engagement. On behalf of clients, she tracks policy initiatives, creates network interactions, and provides effective analysis of complex developments on a range of federal policy issues.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter Audrey worked at a boutique lobbying firm representing healthcare and social care clients, and previously served as a grassroots organizer for the Biden presidential campaign. She received an M.P.A. degree from UNC Chapel Hill, as well as a B.A. in Editing, Writing, and Media and B.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University.
