Tanner Wolfram is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. His practice focuses on counseling clients with regards to M&A transactional matters.

Tanner graduated from Georgetown University Law Center cum laude. During law school, Tanner served as a student attorney in the Georgetown Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, where he advised clients regarding potential litigation claims and government regulatory compliance matters. Additionally, Tanner served as the Director of Georgetown Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Barristers’ Council team and competed in negotiation competitions in both France and Ireland.

While at law school, Tanner was also active member of Georgetown Law’s RISE program, an organization committed to furthering opportunities for diverse students in the legal industry.

Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Arizona State University, as well as minors in both Spanish and Mandarin.
