Grace Yang focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration and investor-State arbitration, among other areas. She has represented and assisted clients in arbitration proceedings administered by major arbitral institutions, including ICSID, PCA, ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, AAA/ICDR, and JAMS. She also has experience advising and assisting clients on export control, life sciences regulatory, and investigation matters. Ms. Yang is a certified HKIAC Tribunal Secretary.
During her LL.M. studies, Ms. Yang served as Co-President of the Stanford International Arbitration Association (SIAA) and as an editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law (SJIL).
Ms. Yang is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.

- U.S. consumer electronics retailer in successfully resolving breach of contract and product liability dispute with Chinese manufacturer (HKIAC, Hong Kong).
- Chinese electronics manufacturer in successfully resolving breach of license agreement dispute with U.S. software supplier (JAMS, California).
- Chinese software company in intellectual property and breach of contract dispute with multinational software company (ICDR, New York).
- Multinational companies in providing guidance and counseling across sectors on compliance with trade sanctions, export controls, and life science regulations.
