LIBOR review: key points

The UK Financial Services Authority has today published its review of the current framework for setting and governing the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). The review was headed by Martin Wheatley, Managing Director of the FSA and CEO Designate of the Financial Conduct Authority. This advisory summarises some of the key recommendations of the Wheatley report and the likely next steps.
